To return a product to Crocs Shoes,merchandise must have been purchased within the last 60 days. The product must be in its original, unworn condition unless the return is due to defects covered under the product warranty. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. Crocs Shoes, is not responsible for a customer's size or color selection. We will refund your money or replace the original product with a different size and/or color if the return conditions are met. Refunds for merchandise purchased by credit card will be made only by credit issued to the original card or by cheq. Crocs Shoes. is not responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.

We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible and cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control.It is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct size and colour.

We will not ship out of New Zealand.
